Role Description This is a full time, on-site Telecaller role based in Indore.



The Telecaller will engage with existing and potential customers via outbound and inbound calls to explain insurance products, clarify policy features, and answer basic queries. The role includes maintaining accurate call records, updating customer information in company systems, and following up on leads provided by the sales or operations teams. The Telecaller will support the sales process by scheduling appointments, forwarding qualified leads to insurance advisors, and assisting with documentation or information required for policy issuance. The position involves adhering to call scripts and compliance guidelines, meeting daily and weekly call targets, and collaborating with colleagues to improve customer experience.
