Key Responsibilities
Student Success & Support
Act as a trusted guide for students by responding to their questions via chat, email, and calls across US and India hours.
Ensure every interaction leaves students feeling supported, valued,



and confident in their journey.
Build long-term relationships rather than transactional conversations.

Service-Led Lead Conversion
Connect with potential students with a consultative and service mindset rather than a pushy sales approach.
Understand student goals deeply and recommend the right programs aligned with their needs.
Convert leads through trust, care, and value-driven conversations.
Create excitement and confidence in students about joining the program.

Student Engagement & Retention
Proactively follow up with students to ensure satisfaction and progress.
Identify concerns early and resolve them before they become issues.
Focus on long-term student success, not just initial conversion.

Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with product and engineering teams to share student feedback and improve experience.
Partner with teacher operations to ensure timely reports, learning
