Role Description The CZentrix L1 Support role is a full-time hybrid position based in South Delhi, with some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves providing first-level technical and customer support for CZentrix contact center solutions,



including responding to user queries, logging and tracking incidents, and resolving routine issues. Responsibilities include monitoring system performance, performing basic diagnostics, escalating complex problems to higher support tiers, and maintaining accurate documentation of tickets and resolutions. The L1 Support professional will collaborate with internal teams, communicate clearly with clients, and follow standard operating procedures to ensure timely, high-quality support. The role also includes assisting with configuration changes, user onboarding, and proactive checks to minimize service disruptions.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess robust Analytical Skills to interpret issues, identify patterns, and prioritize resolutions.
