Role Description
Strong sales and negotiation skills, with experience in consultative selling or solution-based sales, preferably in interiors, real estate, or related industries.
Guide prospective homeowners through their design and sales journey with Truww.
Schedule and facilitate meetings between clients and designers at our Experience Centre.
Present Truww's products, services, and value proposition to prospective customers.




Conduct consultative outbound calls and follow up with leads on a daily basis.
Manage your sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups, CRM updates, and closures.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets as an individual contributor.
Build strong customer relationships and ensure an exceptional customer experience throughout the sales process.
Client relationship management abilities, including needs assessment, expectation setting, and ongoing communication to build trust and long-term partnerships.
Basic understanding of interior design concepts, space planning, and home furnishing to confidently explain solutions and collaborate with design teams.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and presentation software to manage leads, track performance, and prepare client proposals.
Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English; proficiency in local languages (e.g., Kannada, Hindi) is an advantage.
