Required Qualifications
Graduate (Civil) - 3 years project planning/ estimator experience in any construction project or
Diploma (Civil/Mechanical) - 5 years project planning/ estimator experience in any construction project
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the master construction schedule using project management software like Primavera P6 or MS Project.
Track daily site progress against baseline plans, identify schedule variances, and forecast project completion timelines.
Monitor resource allocation, including labor, equipment, and material procurement, to prevent bottlenecks and optimize site productivity.
Prepare regular progress reports, delay analyses, and extension of time (EOT) claims for project management and client reviews.
