Job Description
This Role
Responsible for reviewing complex regulatory reporting outputs, supporting Analysts, managing client interactions, resolving delivery issues,



and driving process improvements to ensure quality and compliance.
What You Will Do
You’ll review and deliver complex regulatory reporting outputs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with control standards and audit readiness.
You’ll support and guide Analysts by providing technical coaching, clarifying priorities, reviewing documentation, and maintaining quality expectations across the team.
You’ll act as a client contact by handling queries, participating in calls, coordinating onboarding, and managing reporting‑related discussions with stakeholders.
You’ll investigate and resolve delivery issues, exceptions, and data challenges, escalating complex matters appropriately while supporting remediation activities.
You’ll drive improvements by contributing to procedure updates, workflow enhancements, training initiatives, and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen efficiency and service quality.
