We are seeking a highly motivated professional with experience in Presales, Solution Consulting, Bid Management, or Proposal Management to drive business growth, support strategic sales initiatives, and work closely with executive leadership. The role combines solution strategy, opportunity management, sales enablement, customer engagement, and business development to accelerate revenue growth and improve win rates.
The individual will act as a bridge between Sales, Delivery, Technology, and Executive Leadership while helping shape growth strategies and expand customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
Presales & Solution Development
Lead end-to-end solution design for strategic opportunities.
Manage RFI, RFP, RFQ, and tender responses.
Collaborate with technical, delivery, and sales teams to prepare winning proposals.
Develop customer-focused value propositions and business cases.
Conduct solution presentations and executive workshops.
Sales Enablement & Growth
Support sales teams in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.




Develop account growth plans for key customers.
Create sales collateral, capability decks, and solution playbooks.
Improve deal qualification and opportunity management processes.
Increase proposal win rates through competitive positioning.
Strategic Revenue Initiatives
Identify creative revenue-generation opportunities.
Develop new service offerings and packaging strategies.
Drive cross-selling and upselling initiatives.
Explore AI-driven, subscription-based, managed services, and outcome-based business models.
Customer & Reference Development
Build strong customer relationships.
Develop customer success stories, case studies, and reference programs.
Support executive engagement with strategic customers.
Enhance customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Operations & Governance
Assist in pipeline reviews and business forecasting.
