Role Overview
The Sales Officer will act as the primary customer-facing representative, responsible for generating leads, conducting site visits, and closing real estate transactions. This role requires strong communication skills, in-depth knowledge of local real estate markets, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities
· Manage inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and ensure high conversion rates.
Conduct property presentations and coordinate site visits with clients.
Maintain strong relationships with customers, channel partners, and developers.
Negotiate deals and support end-to-end sales closures.
Prepare daily/weekly MIS reports on leads, visits, and closures.
Stay updated on pricing, offers, market trends, and inventory status.
Collaborate with CRM, marketing, and operations teams for smooth workflows.
