Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – HRMS Implementations to lead end-to-end delivery of Human Resource Management System (HRMS/HCM) projects. The role will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and successful deployment of HR technology solutions aligned with business and HR objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
Lead end-to-end HRMS implementation projects from initiation to go-live and post-implementation support
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria
Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
Ensure adherence to project governance, PMO standards, and implementation methodologies (Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid)
Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary point of contact for HR, IT, business leaders, vendors, and implementation partners
Facilitate requirements gathering, design workshops, and steering committee meetings
Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and escalation management
HRMS Implementation Oversight
Manage implementation of HRMS modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent, Learning, Compensation and Perks
Coordinate configuration, integrations, data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover activities
Ensure alignment between HR processes and system design
Risk, Change & Quality Management
Identify and mitigate project risks and dependencies
Manage scope changes through formal change control
Support change management, training, and user adoption initiatives
Ensure solution quality, compliance, and data accuracy
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, or related field
Proven experience managing HRMS/HCM implementation projects
Strong understanding of HR processes (Hire-to-Retire lifecycle)
Solid project management skills including planning, execution, and risk management
Excellent communication, stakeholder mana
