Therefore, we are looking for Lead Business Developer to become part of this journey and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

Your role in our team

As our new Lead Business Developer, you will drive the growth of Terma’s Drone detection and other radar business across India by building strong customer relationships and expanding our market presence. In this role, you will play a key part in positioning Terma’s advanced radar and surveillance solutions with end-users, system integrators,



and strategic partners, helping to create new business opportunities and long-term value in a agile and evolving market.

Working at the intersection of technology and business, you will combine commercial insight with technical understanding to identify customer needs and translate them into tailored solutions. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across functions and geographies, contributing to regional growth while strengthening Terma’s position as a trusted partner within the security, aerospace, and defence sectors.

You will become part of our team in India, where you will work alongside four dedicated colleagues in a collaborative and supportive environment.
