What You’ll Do

Field Service & Maintenance: Independently manage erection, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of pumps, valves, screens,



classifiers, and cyclones at customer sites. Daily activities include hands-on servicing, repairs, and field inspections to ensure equipment reliability and performance.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose equipment issues promptly and provide effective technical solutions to minimize downtime and maximize operational efficiency. Success is measured by timely resolution of service requests and improved equipment availability.
Customer Engagement & Training: Build trusted relationships with customers by delivering high-quality service and conducting training on equipment operation, inspection, and maintenance best practices.
Reporting & Collaboration: Prepare detailed service reports, communicate findings and recommendations, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer support and service delivery.
Aftermarket Growth: Identify opportunities for spare parts sales, service agreements, and Annu
