Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the strategy, execution, and lifecycle management of software products within our gaming technology portfolio. This role is ideal for a self-motivated, detail-oriented, and outcome-driven product professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can translate business needs into high-quality, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and execute product roadmaps and backlogs aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and market insights.
- Specify market and customer requirements through close interaction with customers, field service teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Document product challenges, opportunities, and success criteria to guide development and decision-making.
- Drive new feature development from start to finish by writing clear product requirements, specifications,



user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Define delivery timelines and priorities in partnership with engineering and QA teams.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, data, design, and QA in an Agile environment.
- Leverage AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality in day-to-day product management activities.
- Perform and support user acceptance testing (UAT), identifying defects, enhancements, and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders to align on product vision, priorities, and delivery trade-offs.

Required Qualifications :

- Degree or certification in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product management.
- Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and maintaining software products in a cross-functional environment.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban); familiarity with Waterfall is a plus.

Preferred Skills :

- Practical experience using AI-assisted tools to improve productivity, documentation quality, and decision-making.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into transparent product actions.
- Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams on complex software systems.
- Domain experience or familiarity with the casino or gaming industry is preferred.
