Role & responsibilities

Market bench consultants to Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and direct clients in the US staffing market.

- Source daily IT requirements from Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, TechFetch, Job Diva, and vendor portals.
- Match consultant profiles with suitable job requirements and submit resumes promptly.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, recruiters, and hiring managers.
- Work on W2, C2C, and 1099 requirements while understanding different US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD, TN, H4 EAD).
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate billing rates, and follow up until placement closure.
- Maintain consultant availability, hotlists, and submission trackers.
- Ensure regular follow-ups with vendors for interview feedback and submission status.
- Maintain accurate records of submissions, interviews, placements, and consultant details in ATS/CRM.
- Collaborate with recruiters and account managers to achieve monthly placement targets.
- Stay updated on current US IT market trends, technologies, and hiring demands.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs for submissions, interviews, and successful placements while ensuring compliance with company policies.

- Submit matching consultant profiles and follow up until closure.
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain submission, interview, and placement trackers.
- Ensure quick turnaround time and quality submissions.

Preferred candidate profile

- 1-4 years of US IT Bench Sales experience.
- Good understanding of US visa types (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, CPT, EAD).
- Knowledge of W2, C2C, and 1099 tax terms.
- Experience working with Tier-1 vendors and implementation partners.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in US Night Shift.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Excellent English communication.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Able to work independently and in a team environment.
