- Valuable ability to work in a team environment with multiple team members.
- Flexible to work shifts.
- Update users about request status and close requests when users are satisfied with solutions
- Remote desktop troubleshooting. Escalate complex incidents / requests to upstream technical groups
- Team management/leading skills will be an add-on.
