Role & responsibilities

Experience: 5 to 15 years

- Design and develop commercial trailers including utility trailers, dump trailers, equipment trailers, flatbeds, and enclosed trailers..
- Perform structural design and analysis of trailer frames, chassis, and load- bearing components..
- Prepare engineering models, 2D/3D drawings, BOMs, and technical documentation.
- Conduct load analysis, stress calculations, and fatigue analysis to ensure durability and safety.
- Optimize designs for weight reduction, manufacturability, and cost efficiency.

Utilize CAD and engineering tools such as:

Autodesk Inventor & SolidWorks

ANSYS or equivalent FEA tools.
