Key Responsibilities

Perform chip-level repair and diagnostics of OLT/ONT (EPON/GPON) devices.

Carry out PCB/BGA rework and precision soldering.

Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware faults using testing equipment.

Ensure quality repair and testing before product dispatch.

Required Skills

Experience in PCB/BGA rework and soldering

Knowledge of EPON/GPON devices and ONT equipment (preferred)

Hands-on experience with oscilloscope, multimeter, and rework station

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office and troubleshooting)

Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
