- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with recruitment software and tools, such as applicant tracking systems
