Role & responsibilities

- Handle customer calls for car insurance sales and renewals.

- Explain car insurance policies, coverage, benefits, and available plans.

- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable insurance plans.

- Convince customers to purchase or renew car insurance policies.

- Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

- Achieve assigned daily/monthly sales targets.

- Maintain proper customer and call records.

- Ensure a positive and professional customer experience.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good communication skills in Hindi and English.

- Confident speaking and customer-handling skills.

- Solid convincing and negotiation skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.

- Sales/telecalling/BPO/insurance experience will be an advantage.

- Freshers with good communication and convincing skills can also apply.
