Role & responsibilities

- Counsel prospective parents about the preschool's curriculum, facilities, and unique learning approach.

- Convert enquiries and walk-ins into confirmed admissions by building trust and effectively addressing parents' concerns.

- Generate new admission leads through referrals, field visits, events, and other outreach activities.

- Conduct school tours and counselling sessions for prospective parents.

- Achieve monthly and quarterly admission targets with a robust focus on conversions.

- Maintain accurate daily reports.

- Participate actively in promotional activities, community engagement programs, events and Corporate tie ups marketing initiatives.

- Coordinate with the academic and administrative teams to ensure a seamless work flow.

Preferred candidate profile

- Graduate and Post Graduate in any discipline.

- 15 years of experience in admissions counselling, education sales, customer relationship management, or inside sales.

- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills.





- Passionate about interacting with parents and helping them make informed decisions.

- Self-driven, energetic, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

- Comfortable with field visits, promotional activities, and weekend events whenever required.

- Knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

- Candidates from Preschool, School, EdTech, Healthcare, Banking, Insurance, Real Estate, or Retail Sales backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
