We are looking for a Non-IT Sourcer with hands-on experience in hiring for Customer Support, International Voice, CXM, and BPO roles. The ideal candidate should have expertise in bulk hiring, candidate sourcing, screening, and pipeline management through various recruitment channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates for Customer Support, International Voice, CXM, and related non-IT roles.
- Utilize Naukri, social media, referrals, and other sourcing channels to build talent pipelines.
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on hiring requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures.
- Meet daily and monthly sourcing targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience in Non-IT sourcing/recruitment.
- Experience hiring for Customer Support, International Voice, CXM, or BPO processes.
- Solid sourcing and screening skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
Additional Requirements:
- Work from Office is mandatory.
- Flexible to work on Saturdays, if required.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
