Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage, analyze, and maintain business data and reports. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the FMCG industry, strong proficiency in MS Excel, and the ability to generate accurate MIS reports to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Sales and Management.
- Collect, validate, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, trackers, and automated reports using Advanced Excel.
- Generate sales, inventory, customer, and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and other departments for timely data collection.
- Monitor data quality and resolve discrepancies in reports.
- Support management with data analysis, trend identification, and business insights.
- Maintain databases and ensure timely submission of scheduled reports.
- Assist in preparing presentations and management reports.




- Ensure confidentiality and security of business information.

Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Statistics, Computer Applications, or a related field.
- 24 years of experience as an MIS Executive, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in handling large datasets and preparing business reports.
- Candidates with experience supporting Sales MIS will be preferred.

Required Skills
- Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Power Query, Charts, Dashboards)
- Valuable knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word & PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP platforms is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple reporting requirements.
