Role & responsibilities

- Assist in the execution and monitoring of mechanical/HVAC/MEP projects.

- Study project drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.

- Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams.

- Monitor site activities, material requirements, quality, and project progress.

- Coordinate with the procurement team for timely material delivery.

- Conduct site visits and support installation and execution activities.

- Prepare daily progress reports, measurement sheets, and project documentation.

- Assist in quantity estimation, billing, and project tracking.

- Coordinate with design and estimation teams for technical clarifications.

- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines.





Preferred candidate profile

- B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

- 02 years of experience in mechanical, HVAC, MEP, or project execution activities.

- Freshers are encouraged to apply.

- Basic understanding of project execution, BOQs, and engineering drawings.

- Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Office, and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Robust coordination, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Willingness to travel and work at project sites.
