What you'll do

- Perform laser hair reduction (diode, Nd:YAG, alexandrite) across facial and full-body areas, with correct fluence and spot-size selection per Fitzpatrick type

- Deliver pigmentation and toning treatments Q-switched Nd:YAG, IPL, laser toning

- Run RF microneedling, HIFU, chemical peels, medifacials, hydrafacials, microdermabrasion, and body contouring sessions

- Assist the dermatologist during CO2 fractional, ablative, and injectable procedures — prep, draping, post-care

- Conduct patch tests, take pre- and post-treatment photographs, and maintain accurate session records in the patient file

- Counsel patients on realistic outcomes, session counts, downtime, and home-care protocols, and support package continuity and rebooking

- Maintain devices: daily checks, calibration logs, consumable tracking, escalating faults promptly

- Enforce hygiene, sterilisation, and eye-safety protocols in every room, every session

What we're looking for

- Diploma or degree in Cosmetology, Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or B.Sc. in a related field; CIDESCO/VLCC/Orane/ISAS certification is a plus





- 1–5 years of hands-on laser experience — please name the specific platforms you've operated

- Confident reading a treatment plan and adjusting parameters within protocol under doctor supervision

- Fluent in Hindi and comfortable in English; used to a discerning, privacy-conscious clientele

- Genuinely warm, unhurried bedside manner and absolute discretion with patient information

- Given the intimate nature of many of our treatments — including bikini-line and full-body laser hair reduction and body contouring — and our patients' stated preference, this role is for a female therapist.
