Job Introduction / Roles & Responsibilities

As a Security Guard at B4S Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for the safety and security of our construction sites, including site premises, machinery, materials, and personnel. Your role involves foot patrols, controlling entry/exit of workers and vehicles, monitoring for theft or unauthorized access, and responding to emergencies on-site.

- Protect site premises, equipment, machinery, and construction materials from theft or damage
- Control entry and exit of workers, visitors, vehicles, and delivery trucks
- Check IDs and maintain visitor/vehicle logs at the gate
- Conduct regular foot patrols across the site to identify hazards or security risks
- Monitor CCTV (where installed) and report suspicious activity
- Ensure Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) protocols are followed by all site staff and visitors
- Report daily incidents and shift handover notes to the site supervisor




- Respond promptly to emergencies (fire, accident, theft, trespassing)
- Ensure no unauthorized person enters restricted or hazardous zones (excavation, cranes, storage yards)

Ideal Candidate
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass
- Minimum height: 57 for men
- Age: 1840 years
- Physically fit, able to stand/patrol for long hours, comfortable working outdoors on a construction site
- Prior security or watchman experience preferred, ex-servicemen are welcome
- Local candidates preferred
