- Creating Concept and Recent Proposals from CAS data as input for Underbody and Upperbody engineering

- Conduct feasibility studies for styling surfaces for packaging, assembly & manufacturing.

- Hands on creating Master section for body enginnering aggregates

- Hands on for discussion with cross functional team and packaging issue resoluation.

- able to discuss with Technical Serivces ,Production Engineering and give solutions on ceoncepts created in view manufacturing feasibility and infrastructure constraints

- Exposure on DFMEA ,DFM,DFA ,DVA ,GD&T; .

- Aware of important Regulations on vehicles

- Competent in Catia for BIW design .

- Benchmarking and finding best solution for engineering

Aware of different materials used for body and trims

- Good understanding of CAtia packaing tools and DMU checking

Should be able ot to contribute to solve design issues/package issues

Good understanding of sheetmetal formability

Good at colloborating with other agencies to solve issues

Experience in giving styling feedbacks for different CAS

Software Skills Should have fluency in working in Catia software for 3D which includes surface , solid modelling ,

He should have working experience in PLM system
