Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate, technical, project, and site-based positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, consultants, and industry networks.
- Screen resumes, conduct preliminary interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate technical and managerial interviews with hiring teams.
- Negotiate compensation and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions as per project requirements.

Construction-Specific Hiring
- Recruit engineers, project managers, quantity surveyors, safety officers, planning engineers, procurement personnel, and skilled workforce.
- Support bulk hiring requirements for large-scale projects.
- Coordinate mobilization and deployment of site employees across project locations.
- Maintain a database of skilled and semi-skilled workforce for ongoing project needs.

Stakeholder Management




- Partner with business leaders and project heads to understand workforce planning requirements.

- Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers.

Employer Branding & Talent Pipeline
- Build relationships with engineering colleges, technical institutes, and industry associations.
- Participate in job fairs, campus recruitment drives, and hiring events.
- Develop talent pipelines for critical and niche construction roles.

Recruitment Operations
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and recruitment processes.
- Improve recruitment efficiency through process optimization and technology adoption.

Market Intelligence
- Track industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
- Analyze competitor talent acquisition practices.
