We are looking for a dedicated and result-oriented Field Collection Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting overdue payments, maintaining positive customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers at their residence or workplace to collect overdue payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans and encourage timely payment.
- Educate customers about available payment options and settlement plans.
- Update collection status, customer feedback, and visit reports in the assigned system.
- Ensure all collection activities are conducted ethically and in accordance with RBI and company guidelines.
- Achieve assigned monthly collection targets.
- Coordinate with the Team Leader regarding escalations and unresolved cases.
- Maintain confidentiality of customer information and company data.
Eligibility:
- Minimum Qualification: HSC (12th Pass) or Graduate.
- 02 years of experience in Field Collections, Sales, or Recovery preferred.
- Must have 2 Wheeler
Skills Required:
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer handling and conflict resolution abilities.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications.
- Ability to travel within the assigned area.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving license preferred.
