Job Responsibilities
- Dispense medicines accurately as per doctor's prescription.
- Provide medicine counselling and ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain pharmacy inventory and stock availability.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy regulations and company SOPs.
- Verify prescriptions and maintain proper documentation.
- Support day-to-day store operations and achieve operational excellence.
- For ATL role: Lead the store team,
manage operations, maintain compliance, and ensure sales and service targets are achieved.
Eligibility
- D.Pharm / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
- Valid Punjab Pharmacy Registration is mandatory for Pharmacist and Senior Pharmacist roles.
- Relevant retail pharmacy experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
