We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive or Lead Generation Executive to support our Corporate Training business. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the EdTech industry and be responsible for identifying potential corporate clients, generating qualified B2B leads, coordinating with HR, L&D; Managers, Training Heads, and other decision-makers, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of B2B lead generation and corporate outreach.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate qualified B2B leads for Corporate IT & Non-IT Training programs.
- Identify and connect with HR Managers, L&D; Managers, Training Heads, Admin Heads, and other corporate decision-makers.
- Reach out to prospective clients through cold calling, emails,
LinkedIn, and other professional networking platforms.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations, and discussions for the Business Development team.
- Understand corporate training requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable training solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective corporate clients.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM/Excel reports regularly.
- Qualify leads and ensure timely follow-ups until handover to the sales team.
- Conduct market research to identify recent business opportunities and target organizations.
- Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
