Required Qualifications:

Experience: 8+ years

•Strong experience in Functional Testing, Automation Testing, API Testing, and

Database Testing.

•Strong hands-on experience with Java/JavaScript/TypeScript and automation frameworks such as Playwright or cypress or Webdriver IO

•Expertise in API Testing and Automation using Rest Assured or similar tools.

•Strong SQL and Database Testing experience.

•Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI.

•Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•Solid customer-facing and stakeholder management experience.

•Ability to work independently and drive testing activities with minimal supervision.

•Prior experience leading QA teams or mentoring junior team members.

Good-to-Have Skills

•Experience in the Healthcare Domain.

•Exposure to Performance Testing tools and methodologies such JMeter, LoadRunner or similar tools.

•Experience in ETL/Data Warehouse Testing.

•Exposure to AI-assisted testing tools and test automation accelerator

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business and functional requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios and test cases.
- Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test scripts.
- Participate in requirement reviews, sprint planning, and design discussions to ensure testability and quality.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and improve product quality.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and test suites.
- Execute tests within CI/CD pipelines and support DevOps practices.
- Ensure test coverage, traceability, and quality metrics are maintained.
- Participate in release validation and production support activities as needed.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the Quality Engineering practice.
