- Oversee and manage civil maintenance activities of factory buildings, roads, drainage systems and utilities to ensure protected and uninterrupted operations.
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance, repairs and renovation works to maintain structural stability and compliance with industrial standards.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors and internal departments for timely execution of maintenance projects and shutdown activities.
- Prepare maintenance budgets, control costs, and ensure optimum utilization of resources and materials.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental statutory and company policies during maintenance and civil works.
- Maintain accurate records, reports and assest data for effective tracking and improvement of maintenance performance.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in civil / Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 12-15 years of experience, preferably in an industrial or factory background.
- Proficiency in autocad, MS-Outlook and MS-Office.
- Strong project management skills, communication, adherence to management objectives, problem-solving abilities and a team player.
