Job Summary IBG Academy is hiring an experienced Accountant with prior exposure to Bosch dealership accounting operations. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience working on Bosch Accounting Software and should possess sound knowledge of dealership accounting, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records while ensuring compliance with statutory and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform day-to-day accounting activities using Bosch Accounting Software.
- Record and verify purchase, sales, payment, receipt, and journal entries.
- Maintain books of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
- Process vendor payments and maintain vendor account reconciliations.
- Prepare periodic MIS reports and financial summaries.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Maintain accounting documentation and records for audit purposes.
- Coordinate with internal departments for financial documentation and approvals.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Perform any other finance-related duties assigned by the reporting manager.





Required Skills

Technical Skills

- Hands-on experience with Bosch Accounting Software (Mandatory).
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience in dealership accounting processes.

Eligibility Criteria

Mandatory Requirements

- 23 years of experience in a Bosch Dealership.
- Practical experience working on Bosch Accounting Software.
- Good knowledge of accounting compliance and taxation.
- Willingness to work on a Third-Party Payroll.

Preferred Candidate

- Candidates from rural areas will be given preference.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
- Candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Pune.
