Waiter / Waitress – Position Waiter / Waitress Job Summary We are looking for friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Waiters/Waitresses to provide exceptional service and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable dining experience. Duties &

Responsibilities 1. Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.

- Present menus and explain menu items, daily specials, and promotions.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system.
- Serve food and beverages promptly according to restaurant standards.
- Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables and responding to requests.
- Upsell menu items, beverages, and desserts to increase sales.
- Maintain complete knowledge of the menu, ingredients, and allergens.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and cashier for smooth and timely service.
- Ensure all orders are accurate before serving.
- Set up and clear tables efficiently.
- Keep the dining area clean, organized, and presentable throughout the shift.
- Refill water, condiments, tissues, and other table essentials.
- Handle guest complaints politely and report unresolved issues to the supervisor.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.




- Maintain a clean uniform, good grooming, and professional behavior.
- Assist with opening, closing, and side duties assigned by the supervisor.
- Work effectively as part of a team and support colleagues when needed.
- Follow company policies, SOPs, and supervisor instructions.
- Be punctual, reliable, and willing to work flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Protect restaurant property and maintain confidentiality of business information.

Requirements - Previous restaurant experience is preferred.

- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Positive attitude and strong teamwork.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace.
- Physically fit to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Basic English communication (additional languages are an advantage).
