The Belgian Waffle Co. – Steward / Waiter Job Responsibilities: Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service. Take customer orders accurately and process payments. Serve waffles, beverages, and other menu items as per SOP.

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café, tables, and service areas. Assist with food preparation, packing, and order presentation. Coordinate with the kitchen team for smooth and timely service. Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Maintain stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment. Follow food safety, hygiene, grooming, and company standards. Support store opening and closing activities.

Requirements: Good communication and customer-service skills. Basic knowledge of food hygiene and café operations. Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Freshers can apply; prior F&B; experience is an advantage. Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
