About the Role
This role will own ElasticRun's social media presence end to end, across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, spanning multiple company pages and handles. The incumbent will be responsible for strategising, driving, and executing platform-specific campaigns that grow followership, deepen engagement, and strengthen ElasticRun's brand across its corporate, business, and community-facing channels. The role combines creative content thinking with data-led decision making, and requires close collaboration with internal teams, designers, and external partners.



A working understanding of performance marketing is essential to amplify organic efforts through paid campaigns.

Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)
Social Media Strategy: Develop and own the social media strategy and content calendars for ElasticRun's pages and handles across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, with clear goals for followership, engagement, and reach for each platform.
Campaign Planning and Execution: Conceptualise, drive, and execute platform-specific campaigns end to end, from ideation and briefing to publishing, community engagement, and post-campaign analysis.
Multi-Handle Management: Manage and grow multiple company handles, including corporate pages and community-facing channels such as ElasticRun Riders, ensuring each maintains a distinct voice while staying true to the overall brand.
Content Creation and Curation: Work with design and video partners to produce engaging formats including reels, shorts, car
