We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and growth-oriented Content & Growth Manager with 1–5 years of experience to lead our content strategy and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of content creation, SEO, and social media, along with the ability to turn ideas into engaging content that drives brand awareness, organic traffic, engagement, and business growth.
You will work closely with marketing, product, design, and business teams to develop compelling content across multiple channels and continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives, target audiences, and brand positioning.
Create high-quality content including blogs, articles, website copy, landing pages, social media posts, newsletters, case studies, thought-leadership pieces,



and other marketing assets.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis to identify opportunities for organic growth.
Plan and execute SEO strategies focused on improving search visibility, organic traffic, rankings, and content discoverability.
Optimize website and content assets for on-page SEO, including titles, meta descriptions, headings, internal linking, keyword placement, and content structure.
Manage and grow the company’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, X, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
Develop social media calendars, campaigns, creative concepts, and engaging posts that increase reach, engagement, and audience growth.
Collaborate with designers and other stakeholders to create compelling visual and written content.
