The Role
The Account Director owns the health, growth and profitability of a portfolio of key accounts. You are the senior point of trust for our clients and the person who turns their business goals into integrated marketing programmes our teams can deliver. You sit between the client and delivery — setting the direction, protecting quality, growing the relationship and making sure every deliverable ships on time, on brief and on budget.
This is a leadership role: you mentor Account Managers and Executives, hold the commercial line on retainers and scope, and are accountable for retention, upsell and client satisfaction across your book of business.





What You'll Own
Client leadership & relationships
• Act as the senior day-to-day and strategic contact for a portfolio of retained and project clients.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders — founders, CMOs and marketing heads — and become a genuine advisor on their business, not just their campaigns.
• Lead quarterly business reviews, roadmap sessions and escalations with confidence and clarity.
Account growth & commercials
• Own retention, renewal and organic growth targets across your portfolio.
• Identify and convert upsell and cross-sell opportunities across HyprOnline's capabilities — social, performance media, influencer, ORM and content.
• Manage retainers, scopes of work, estimates and profitability; protect margins and flag scope creep early.
• Lead renewal negotiations and contribute to current-business pitches alongside the leadership team.
