Role Description The Field Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This role involves meeting prospective clients, property owners, and real estate agents to present Nextdeal’s marketplace solutions and explain the benefits of its AI-powered features. The Field Sales Executive will conduct regular site visits, generate and qualify leads, manage a sales pipeline, and support clients through onboarding and post-sale follow-up. Daily responsibilities include building relationships,



negotiating terms, collecting market feedback, coordinating with internal teams, and preparing basic sales reports. The role also requires attending local events or property exhibitions, maintaining a skilled presence in the field, and contributing to overall sales growth in the Bhopal region.
Qualifications

Strong client relationship and communication skills, including the ability to present solutions clearly and handle objections professionally.
Sales and negotiation abilities, with experience in lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals in field or direct sales environments.
Basic understanding of real estate markets or a strong interest in learning about property transactions and marketplace platforms.
