About Alt Homes
Alt Homes was founded by two curious travellers turned hosts who started enjoying hosting to the extent that they decided to make a living out of it. Their love for travel, keen eye for detail and excitement of meeting current people and collecting more stories gave birth to Alt Homes, which is founded on the idea that travel should mean more. More connection, more introspection, more meaning. We are a hospitality brand rooted in conscious living, human-centred design, and regenerative values. We aspire to create an inclusive ecosystem within hospitality that balances nature, communities and cultures, for these elements allow travellers the privilege of immersion.

We are currently present in Naukuchiatal, Bhimtal and Jungaliyagaon in Uttarakhand and Ooty in Tamil Nadu. We are now constantly looking to expand to new locations and integrate more homes and stories that resonate with our ethos.

About the Role
We are looking for a sharp, self-driven Manager to lead our Business Development & Operations function.

energised rather than drained by field work (as regular property visits and ground-level scouting are a core part of this role)

You will drive regional supply expansion while ensuring that every home in our portfolio runs smoothly and every homeowner stays aligned. Working closely with the founders and cross-functional teams, you will own the full lifecycle from property identification through to onboarding, operations oversight, and ongoing homeowner management.
