Job Title: Senior Business Development Executive
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 2-3 years (preferably in banking, NBFC, financial services, or B2B sales)
Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for sourcing and engaging potential corporate clients that require debt funding and positioning FinGurus’ debt advisory and capital-raising services. The role involves prospecting, relationship building, understanding funding requirements, coordinating with internal teams, and facilitating the entire client onboarding process until successful debt closure with banks or NBFCs.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential companies seeking working capital, term loans, project financing, invoice discounting, leasing solutions, or structured debt.
Generate leads through cold outreach, networking, referrals, events, and strategic partnerships.
Understand client requirements by conducting in-depth discussions regarding business model, cash flows, financial performance, and funding needs.
Present FinGurus’ debt advisory solutions clearly, highlighting value, process,



and timelines.
Coordinate with internal credit evaluation team to assess eligibility and prepare required documentation.
Work closely with banks/NBFC relationship managers for application submissions, follow-ups, and approvals.
Track and manage the entire debt-raising pipeline, ensuring timely updates and smooth communication with all stakeholders.
Develop and manage strategic partnerships to drive business growth and generate new sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition and revenue targets in line with organizational goals.
Maintain accurate CRM records, client communication logs, and reporting dashboards.
Represent FinGurus professionally in all client meetings, networking events, and industry forums.
