Position Purpose




You will be the strategic bridge between the Finance department and the Business units (Marketing, Supply Chain, and Product). Your goal is to move the company toward profitable growth by managing the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), optimizing Contribution Margin (CM), and ensuring cash-flow efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
A. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)
AOP & Forecasting: Lead the Annual Operating Plan and monthly rolling forecasts. You will coordinate with department heads to set realistic but ambitious revenue and cost targets.
Variance Analysis: Track Actuals vs. Budgets. You won't just report the "what," but explain the "why" (e.g., "Why did the marketing CAC spike in Week 3?").
Board & Investor Reporting: Prepare high-quality monthly MIS dockets and board presentations. You will be responsible for tracking "Startup North Star" metrics like Burn Rate, Runway, and LTV:CAC ratio.
