Realtek is hiring for a Premium Acquisition Manager role with one of our leading banking partners.
The role focuses on acquiring and developing HNI and Affluent New-to-Bank (NTB) customers and growing the liability portfolio through Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, Fixed Deposits, and Recurring Deposits.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales and relationship management skills, a good understanding of the local market, and experience in acquiring premium banking customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify potential catchment areas and acquire HNI/Affluent customers.
Generate leads through market visits, networking, references, and other business development activities.
Meet prospective customers, understand their requirements, and recommend suitable banking products.
Drive acquisition of CASA, Fixed Deposits (FD), and Recurring Deposits (RD).
Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing customers.
Generate referrals and identify opportunities for cross-selling relevant banking, investment, insurance, and loan products.
Ensure accurate customer onboarding and completion of required documentation.
Adhere to KYC, AML, audit, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with branch operations and internal teams for timely account opening and service delivery.
Track customer acquisition, sales activities, and business performance through regular reporting.
Work towards achieving assigned business and acquisition targets.
Conduct regular customer meetings to strengthen relationships and grow the liability portfolio.
