Job Summary

The Construction Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all in office construction activities for solar EPC projects, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely execution. The role oversees civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical construction activities while coordinating with engineering, procurement, quality, HSE, subcontractors, and client representatives to deliver projects in accordance with contractual requirements, approved schedules, and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage day-to-day construction activities for utility-scale, commercial, and industrial solar PV projects.
Ensure construction activities are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, project schedules, and quality standards.
Develop construction execution plans, work methodologies, and site logistics plans.
Coordinate civil, structural,



mechanical, electrical, and commissioning activities to ensure seamless project execution.
Monitor construction progress and implement corrective actions to achieve project milestones.

Site Management

Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and construction crews.
Ensure efficient utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
Review daily construction reports and monitor productivity.
Resolve technical and construction-related issues at the site.
Coordinate with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely availability of drawings, equipment, and materials.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)

Promote and enforce a strong safety culture across the project site.
Ensure compliance with company HSE policies, client requirements, and applicable statutory regulations.
Conduct regular safety inspections, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
