Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Online Bidder (Upwork, PPH) based in Noida. The Online Bidder will be responsible for identifying relevant projects on platforms such as Upwork and PeoplePerHour, preparing tailored proposals, and submitting bids aligned with company services and pricing strategies. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential clients,



understanding project requirements, coordinating with technical and sales teams to clarify scope, and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities. The role involves regular communication with prospective clients through messages and calls, negotiating terms, and following up to convert bids into successful contracts. The Online Bidder will also track bid performance, update records in internal systems or CRM tools, and contribute insights to improve bidding strategies and win rates.
Qualifications
