Reporting To: Project Manager / Construction Manager / Head – Projects

Job Summary

The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of solar EPC projects from project kick-off through commissioning and handover. The role serves as a central point of coordination between engineering, procurement, construction, quality, HSE, logistics, subcontractors, and clients to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate project activities across engineering, procurement, construction, logistics, quality, and commissioning teams.
Assist the Project Manager in planning and executing solar EPC projects.
Track project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators.
Ensure timely communication and coordination among internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants,



and clients.
Monitor project schedules and escalate potential delays or risks to the Project Manager.

Planning & Progress Monitoring

Maintain project trackers for engineering deliverables, procurement status, material deliveries, construction progress, and commissioning activities.
Coordinate with Planning Engineers to monitor project schedules and progress against baseline plans.
Support preparation of recovery plans for schedule deviations.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports and dashboards.

Documentation & Reporting

Maintain project documentation, including contracts, drawings, approvals, inspection records, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence.
Ensure proper document control and version management.
Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes of meetings (MOM), and follow up on action items.
Support project close-out activities, including preparation of as-built documentati
