Role Description The Head of Construction will oversee all construction and development activities across Aranyakaa Farms, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. This full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru involves leading project planning, supervising site execution, coordinating with architects, engineers, and contractors,



and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements. The role includes preparing and monitoring construction schedules, managing procurement of materials and services, and implementing project control processes to track progress and costs. The Head of Construction will collaborate closely with operations, hospitality, and farm management teams to align infrastructure development with the overall guest experience and long-term property vision. This position also requires active risk management, quality assurance, and continuous improvement of construction practices.
