Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive – Finance & Investment to manage financial reporting, business analytics, budgeting, forecasting, and investment-related management information systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating accurate financial insights, developing dashboards, monitoring key business metrics, and supporting strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & MIS

* Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual MIS reports.
* Develop and maintain management dashboards and financial reports.
* Analyse Profit & Loss Statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow Statements.
* Generate revenue, profitability, and expense reports.
* Ensure timely and accurate submission of all management reports.
* Standardise reporting formats across departments.

Budgeting & Financial Planning

* Assist in annual budgeting and financial planning.
* Prepare budget vs. actual variance reports.
* Monitor departmental budgets and spending.
* Support forecasting of revenue, expenses,



and cash flow.
* Identify financial trends and recommend corrective actions.

Investment & Financial Analysis

* Perform ROI, IRR, NPV, and cost-benefit analysis.
* Prepare investment performance reports and financial models.
* Support fundraising, investor reporting, and due diligence processes.
* Analyze capital expenditure proposals and business expansion opportunities.
* Assist management with strategic financial decision-making.

Business Performance Analysis

* Monitor business KPIs and operational performance.
* Analyze product, category, and channel profitability.
* Track revenue growth, margins, and operating costs.
* Identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
* Prepare executive summaries and business performance reports.

Cash Flow & Working Capital

* Prepare daily and monthly cash flow reports.
* Monitor receivables, payables, and working capital.
