About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Business Consultant to join Syngenta, where you'll design, deliver, and deploy innovative solutions that transform how we operate globally. This is a multi-functional role offering end-to-end involvement from concept to deployment, working at the intersection of finance,technology, and business transformation.
What You'll Do
Design & Deliver Solutions




Lead end-to-end solution design and delivery for small and large business requirements aligned with Syngenta's GSM standards
Drive fit-gap sessions with business stakeholders, researching processes and gathering requirements
Prepare comprehensive Business Requirement Specifications (BRS) and review solution designs
Collaborate with our System Implementation partners and Application Support teams to ensure successful delivery
Manage Stakeholders & Integration
Act as the bridge between Business users, IS organization, Business Architecture, and crosstower teams
Manage cross-functional integration points across Production & Supply, Sales & Distribution, MDM, and Data & Information teams
Review and approve key deliverables including Solution Design Documents, FRS, and Testing plans
Lead Implementation & Support
Provide steady-state support for small change delivery
Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training for business users
