Role Overview
We're looking for a sharp, high-potential Performance Marketing professional from a top-tier college with 2–5 years of experience in scaling digital acquisition across global markets. While experience with Google and Meta is key, we're particularly looking for someone who has hands-on experience driving performance on emerging and alternative acquisition channels such as TikTok, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Affiliate Networks, Amazon Ads, and similar platforms.
The ideal candidate has worked on international markets, enjoys experimenting with new growth channels, and combines analytical thinking with strong execution.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, WhatsApp, Affiliate Networks, Amazon Ads,



and other paid acquisition channels.
Drive customer acquisition campaigns across international markets, with a focus on lead generation and revenue growth.
Identify, test, and scale new customer acquisition channels beyond traditional platforms.
Own campaign optimization by improving CTR, CVR, CPL, CAC, and ROAS through continuous experimentation.
Conduct A/B tests across creatives, hooks, videos, landing pages, messaging, and audience targeting.
Monitor campaign performance using platform dashboards, GA4, and analytics tools to generate actionable insights.
Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and scaling decisions to maximize ROI.
Collaborate closely with creative, product, CRM, sales, and analytics teams to improve funnel performance and lead quality.
Stay updated on global digital marketing trends, platform changes, and emerging acquisition opportunities
