Gigabox is a 60-minute delivery-led omnichannel retail platform for general merchandise, seamlessly bridging online and offline shopping to deliver a unified "App Bhi, Store Bhi" customer experience. We operate category-dedicated branded stores - spanning Kitchen, Sports, Toys, Bags, and more that are fully integrated with our iOS and Android apps.
Our core USPs include 80-90% product assortment availability, a true touch-and-feel in-store experience, and rapid local delivery within 60 minutes. Within eight months of launch, we achieved over 7 crores in cumulative revenue, attaining both store-level and company-level profitability. We currently operate two large-format stores in Jodhpur, Rajasthan: The Gigabox Kitchen Store (4500+ sq. ft.) and Gigabox Sports Store (4000+ sq. ft.), both launched-on 10th Nov 2025. We are actively expanding with two additional Jodhpur stores for Toys and Bags, scheduled to launch in September 2026. Backed by 7 crores raised across two funding rounds in our first year,
our current ARR is 15 crore and is projected to reach 30 crore post-expansion.
